Please read the following information carefully before completing this application:

• Rise and Shine World Inc. is a Christian faith-based organisation.
• Membership is issued to individuals only and is not transferable.
• Applicants must complete the application form accurately and pay the applicable annual membership fee before the application can be submitted.
• Payment does not automatically guarantee approval of membership.
• Every application is subject to verification, assessment and final approval by Rise and Shine World Inc.
• Additional information or supporting documents may be requested.
• False, incomplete or misleading information may result in an application being declined or membership being cancelled.
• The RSW Global Membership Card is an internal membership credential.
• It is not a government-issued identity card, passport, visa, immigration document or travel document.
• It must not be used for border crossing, visa applications, immigration purposes or any unlawful activity.
