TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
RSW WORLD PEACE CONFERENCE 2025

1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for, attending, participating in, or engaging with the RSW World Peace Conference 2025, hereafter referred to as “the Conference”, all participants—delegates, speakers, media, sponsors, exhibitors, observers, volunteers, and official guests—hereby fully agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions, without exception.
2. Eligibility and Registration
- Registration is open to individuals aged 18 and above. Minors may only attend with written parental or guardian consent and must be accompanied at all times.
- Participants must complete registration through the official RSW platform or authorized partners.
- All information provided must be true and verifiable. The organizing committee reserves the right to verify identity, affiliations, and background.
- Registration is confirmed only upon full payment and receipt of a confirmation email.
3. Conference Code of Conduct
To maintain a secure, respectful, and empowering environment for all:
- Attendees must behave in a manner consistent with the values of peace, inclusivity, respect, and dignity.
- Harassment, hate speech, racism, xenophobia, discrimination, or any offensive conduct—verbal, physical, or written—will result in immediate expulsion and permanent blacklisting.
- Participants must attend in proper, culturally sensitive, and professional attire at all times.
- The Conference is a non-political and non-commercial platform. Political agitation, lobbying, is strictly prohibited.
4. Entry, Security, and Identification
- All attendees must wear official badges at all times. Lost or damaged badges must be replaced at the attendee's expense.
- Entry is subject to mandatory ID checks and security screening.
- Conference organizers reserve the right to refuse or revoke access to any participant who poses a risk or fails to meet the conduct standard.
- The event will comply with all Australian national and local safety, emergency, and public health regulations.
5. No Refund Policy
- All payments made towards registration, exhibition, sponsorship, accommodation packages, or any other services related to the Conference are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
- This includes cancellation due to personal reasons, visa denial, travel disruption, medical emergencies, or force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, political unrest, etc.).
6. Visa, Travel, and Accommodation Responsibility
- It is the sole responsibility of international delegates to secure valid visas and travel documentation.
- An official invitation letter may be provided upon request but does not guarantee visa approval.
- RSW and its partners are not liable for any travel delays, cancellations, visa refusals, or additional expenses incurred.
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended and mandatory.
7. Intellectual Property and Content Usage
- All content shared by RSW or its partners (logos, materials, presentations) is protected under intellectual property law and may not be reproduced without written consent.
- Attendees agree that RSW may photograph, film, or record their presence and use such content for promotional, historical, or educational purposes in perpetuity, royalty-free.
8. Data Protection and Privacy
- Personal information collected will be handled in accordance with international data protection laws (including GDPR and Australian Privacy Act 1988).
- By registering, participants consent to the storage, use, and processing of their data for event management, communication, reporting, and post-conference engagement.
9. Liability and Insurance
- RSW, its subsidiaries, partners, volunteers, or affiliates shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, accident, damage, or delay suffered during or in connection with the event.
- Attendees must ensure their own insurance coverage for health, travel, and personal belongings.
10. Program Modification and Force Majeure
- The organizers reserve the right to change, reschedule, or cancel any part of the program without prior notice due to circumstances beyond their control.
- In the case of cancellation due to force majeure, RSW shall not be held liable for any costs incurred and no refunds shall be issued.
11. Sponsorship and Media Conduct
- Sponsors and media must adhere strictly to RSW branding guidelines and are not permitted to misrepresent their affiliation.
- No unauthorized filming, livestreaming, or commercial content creation is allowed during the sessions.
12. Breach of Terms
- Any violation of these terms may result in expulsion without refund, legal action, and restriction from future RSW events.
- The decision of the organizing committee in such matters is final and binding.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia.
- Any legal disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of South Australia, with English as the official language of proceedings.
14. Protection of Organizational Reputation and Mission
- All participants, sponsors, speakers, and stakeholders must conduct themselves in a manner that upholds the global reputation, credibility, and mission of Rise and Shine World Inc., hereafter referred to as RSW Inc.
- Any public statements, social media posts, interviews, or other forms of communication that defame, misrepresent, or cause reputational harm to RSW Inc. will be considered a breach of contract and will be subject to legal consequences.
- RSW Inc. reserves the right to pursue civil or criminal remedies against individuals or entities that attempt to exploit, defame, mislead, or impersonate its brand and events.
15. Brand Protection and Affiliation Integrity
- All logos, event titles, taglines, banners, visuals, awards, and symbols affiliated with the RSW World Peace Conference and Rise and Shine World Inc. are internationally trademarked intellectual property.
- Unauthorized use, misrepresentation, reproduction, or replication of any of the above—digitally or physically—without express written permission from RSW Inc. will result in legal action in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Organizations and individuals may not claim partnership, endorsement, affiliation, or representation with RSW Inc. without official documentation or approval.
16. Non-Endorsement and Autonomy Clause
- Participation in the Conference does not imply endorsement, certification, or representation by RSW Inc. unless explicitly stated in writing.
- RSW Inc. operates as a legally registered, nonprofit global movement committed to peacebuilding, humanitarian values, youth development, and global empowerment. It remains non-partisan, non-political, and autonomous in all its programming and partnerships.
17. Anti-Fraud and Misrepresentation Clause
- Any individual or organization found to have submitted false credentials, misrepresented their role, or attempted to fraudulently acquire badges, sponsorship, visas, or awards will be immediately disqualified, blacklisted internationally, and reported to the relevant authorities.
- RSW Inc. will cooperate with immigration, legal, and law enforcement agencies to protect the integrity of the Conference and its global network.
18. Ambassadorial and Delegate Conduct
- Participants selected as global peace ambassadors, award recipients, or country representatives must uphold the highest standards of integrity and professionalism, both during and after the event.
- Misconduct or dishonor post-conference may lead to revocation of titles, awards, recognitions, and future opportunities with RSW Inc.
19. Third-Party Content and External Speakers
- The views expressed by guest speakers, sponsors, panelists, or partners during the Conference are their own and do not necessarily reflect the official stance of RSW Inc.
- RSW Inc. accepts no liability for personal or ideological views shared by participants that are outside the official program framework.
20. Special Security and Compliance Requirements (Australia)
- All participants must comply with Australian national laws, border entry requirements, and event protocols, including but not limited to: biometric ID verification, customs regulations, ethical behavior codes, and local health standards.
- Any participant found in violation of Australian law during the conference will be dealt with by the authorities, and RSW Inc. will not interfere or be liable in such circumstances.
21. Peace Conference Ethics and Transparency Charter
- RSW Inc. follows a strict Ethics and Transparency Charter that mandates:
- Equal opportunity access and nondiscrimination.
- Ethical award processes and delegate selection.
- Financial transparency for sponsors, donors, and registrants.
- Zero tolerance for corruption, bribery, or manipulation of voting, awards, or speaker placement.
22. Whistleblower Protection and Complaint Procedure
- A formal channel shall be open during and after the event for whistleblowing on misconduct or concerns relating to the event or its representatives.
- Reports will be handled with confidentiality, discretion, and due process. Retaliation against whistleblowers is strictly prohibited.
23. Media, Photography & Digital Rights Expansion
- RSW Inc. retains the right to livestream, photograph, record, archive, and repurpose any part of the conference content, sessions, or delegate participation across all platforms and media formats.
- This includes use in future documentaries, peace education curricula, global campaigns, and historical archives.
- Participants consent to be featured publicly in materials derived from the conference, unless a prior written objection is submitted and acknowledged.
24. Global Impact and Delegation Accountability
- Delegates and awardees are expected to return to their respective countries and initiate follow-up peace projects, advocacy campaigns, or local implementation of conference resolutions.
- RSW Inc. may request periodic updates, progress reports, or media engagement from such individuals to maintain international accountability and amplify the outcomes of the conference.
25. Final Clause
- These Terms and Conditions represent the complete understanding between the participant and Rise and Shine World Inc. with respect to the RSW World Peace Conference 2025.
- Any waiver, modification, or amendment must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
- RSW Inc. reserves the right to interpret and enforce these terms at its sole discretion.
