Founded by Bishop Justin Alain, RSW Talent Hunt inspires individuals to showcase their God-given talents in service to faith and humanity. Motivated by a 2009 youth program and strengthened through personal challenges, Bishop Justin created this platform to empower talents globally.

An annual gospel-based international talent pageant, RSW Talent Hunt provides a platform for individuals to display their talents, nurture their abilities, and build confidence. Participants compete nationally and internationally, judged on attitude, values, intelligence, skills, and knowledge. The event promotes Christian values while embracing cultural diversity.
